英文中有这样的一个词组，叫做 “put on”！其实我们都知道 “put on” 在说话表达的时候，经常可以用来指 “穿上……” 的意思；

那今天咱们就一起来学习一下，“put on”这个词组在英文中是怎样变出别的花样的吧！

首先，我们可以先来看这样的一个词组，叫作：

put on air

很多小伙伴在看到这个词组的时候，经常会直接把它理解为是 “穿上空气”；

但是仔细一想又不知道这个 “穿上空气” 到底又是几个意思？

其实大家可以根据 “穿上空气” 这层意思想象一下：空气，我们都知道，看不着也摸不着！如果一个人真的要把空气给穿在自己身上，那这个人肯定就是那种 “”虚头巴脑，虚伪爱装的人” ！

所以呢 “put on air” 经常会被人们理解为是： 特别爱摆架子，特别爱装腔作势！

在平时说话的时候，人们经常会把 “air” 这个单词用成它的复数形式，说成是：

put on airs -- 爱摆架子，装腔作势！
